Turkish parcel and cargo network

Yurtiçi Kargo Tracking

Yurtiçi Kargo is one of Turkey's largest domestic carriers, moving parcels, documents and cargo between branches in every province through its transfer centres. The same branch network that takes a parcel in also delivers it, which is why its tracking speaks of a departure unit and a delivery unit rather than of sorting hubs alone.

Track91 reads the shipment Yurtiçi Kargo publishes for your shipment code and lays the movements out newest first, each with the province and county of the unit that filed it. Every clock is Turkish local time, shown in your own timezone here. Yurtiçi Kargo official tracking.

Yurtiçi Kargo Services

Which service a shipment was booked on shapes the journey you see in the timeline. Availability, cut-off times and pricing should be confirmed with Yurtiçi Kargo or with the sender.

Standard domestic parcels

The STANDART product most e-commerce orders travel on, routed from the departure branch through the transfer network to the branch that delivers the address.

Branch collection

A parcel can be held for collection at the delivery branch instead of being taken to the door. The shipment then names that branch as its pickup point, and the collection closes it.

Returns to the sender

An undeliverable parcel is redirected to the exit unit, which is the branch it departed from, and travels back the way it came. The timeline marks those legs as the return journey.

International shipments

Cross-border shipments carry a sixteen-digit AWB code and are held in a separate air waybill record, which the carrier's public tracking services do not publish in the same form.

Yurtiçi Kargo tracking number format

Domestic shipment code

Twelve digits, printed on the waybill and repeated in the dispatch message, for example 123456789012. This code is also the shipment's own internal identifier, so it is the only reference the tracking service resolves. Keep leading zeros and do not separate the groups.

International AWB code

Sixteen digits, for example 1234567890123456. The carrier recognises the shape but answers for it from an air waybill record, so a cross-border shipment often returns no movement history at all.

Expected delivery times

Within one province

A parcel that stays inside the same province is frequently delivered on the next working day, as the departure and delivery branches sit in one transfer region.

Between provinces

One to three working days is typical across Turkey, longer for remote districts. The carrier publishes its own estimated day while the parcel is moving, and Track91 shows it as an expected event.

Yurtiçi Kargo status glossary

The carrier files its movements as wording rather than codes, and its English tracker keeps part of the vocabulary in Turkish. These are the phrases you will see in the timeline.

Taşıma belgesi düzenlendi

The transport document was issued: the departure branch has taken the parcel in and the waybill exists. This is the first movement of every shipment.

Transfer sürecinde

In the transfer process: the parcel is on a leg between two units. The carrier files no place for these legs, so the timeline row carries no city.

Teslim birimine ulaştı

Reached the delivery unit: the parcel is at the branch that will attempt your address. On a return it is the departure branch receiving the parcel back instead.

Dağıtıma çıkarıldı

Distribution exited: the parcel has left the branch on a courier's round and a delivery attempt is expected the same day.

Teslim edilemedi

Not delivered, waiting at branch: an attempt failed and the parcel is held at the branch. The reason is appended in brackets, such as a notice left at the address.

Yeni teslim birimine yönlendirildi

Redirected to a new delivery unit: the parcel is being sent on to a different branch, usually after an address correction or a failed attempt.

İade süreci için çıkış birimine yönlendirildi

Redirected to the exit unit for the return process: the return has started and every movement after it describes the journey back to the sender.

Teslim edildi / İade edildi

Delivered, or returned to the sender. Once a shipment reaches either, the carrier stops listing its movements and publishes a summary of the shipment instead.

Understanding these updates

Track91 provides live shipment status and real-time tracking updates through its carrier integrations. Results may be cached between updates, so check the carrier event timestamps when comparing progress. Track91 is independent of Yurtiçi Kargo. Frequently Asked Questions

Help with Yurtiçi Kargo tracking, delays and deliveries. Select a question to read the answer.

How do I track a Yurtiçi Kargo shipment?

Enter the Yurtiçi Kargo shipment code from your waybill, dispatch SMS or order confirmation in the tracking field on Track91. The newest movement appears first, with the dated history below it and the branch city and county beside each scan. The shipment code is the only reference the carrier answers on.

What is the Yurtiçi Kargo tracking number format?

A domestic shipment code is twelve digits, for example 123456789012. International shipments carry a sixteen-digit AWB code instead, for example 1234567890123456. Copy every digit from the waybill and keep any leading zeros. There are no letters in either shape, so a code with letters is some other reference.

How long does Yurtiçi Kargo take to deliver in Turkey?

Most parcels reach their delivery branch within one to three working days, and parcels staying inside one province are often delivered the next working day. The carrier publishes an estimated delivery day while the parcel is still moving, and Track91 shows it as an expected event until a newer scan overtakes it.

Why is my Yurtiçi Kargo tracking not updating?

Each update depends on a new movement being filed against the code. Transfer legs between two units are filed without any place, so a long haul can pass with no useful change, and a parcel waiting at a branch is only scanned again when a courier takes it out. Compare the last movement time with the estimated day before raising an enquiry.

What does "Teslim birimine ulaştı" mean on Yurtiçi Kargo tracking?

It means the parcel reached the branch that will attempt your address, which the carrier calls the delivery unit. It is a transit step, not a delivery. The next scan is usually "Dağıtıma çıkarıldı", the parcel out on a courier round, and the delivery itself closes the shipment.

What does "Teslim edilemedi" mean on Yurtiçi Kargo tracking?

The courier attempted the address and could not hand the parcel over, so it is waiting at the branch. The carrier appends the reason in brackets, such as nobody found at the address or a notice left at the door. Contact the delivery branch to arrange a new attempt or to collect the parcel yourself.

What does "İade edildi" mean on Yurtiçi Kargo tracking?

The parcel was returned to its sender, usually after failed delivery attempts or a refusal at the door. The timeline shows the return being started at the exit unit, the legs back, and the return being completed. Any refund or reshipment has to come from the sender, who holds the shipping contract.

Can I track Yurtiçi Kargo without a shipment code?

Not on Track91. The lookup needs the shipment code, because that is the only identifier the carrier tracking service resolves. Check your waybill, the dispatch message from the sender or your order history. A recipient name, telephone number or street address cannot be substituted for the code.

Why does my Yurtiçi Kargo shipment show no movement history?

The carrier stops listing movements once a parcel is delivered or returned, so a finished shipment shows its summary instead: the day it was taken in and the final status at the delivery branch. Older codes can also lose their record entirely, in which case the tracking service answers that it no longer holds the shipment.

Who do I contact about a delayed or missing Yurtiçi Kargo parcel?

Contact Yurtiçi Kargo through its official support channels, or ask the sender to open an enquiry using the shipment code. Have the last movement, its branch and the estimated delivery day ready. For a lost or damaged parcel the claim normally has to come from the sender, who is party to the shipping contract.

Is Track91 affiliated with Yurtiçi Kargo?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with Yurtiçi Kargo. It shows the shipment information Yurtiçi Kargo publishes for a shipment code, for convenience. Delivery instructions, redirections, branch collection, pricing and claims must be handled by Yurtiçi Kargo or by the sender.
