Check the SMS, email, or order page from your seller or courier. Purolator formats accepted here include 12 digits, e.g. 123456789012, or three letters and nine digits, e.g. ABC123456789.
Type or paste the PIN into the search box at the top of this page and hit track.

Purolator is a Canadian courier carrying parcels, envelopes and freight across the country, with cross-border lanes into and out of the United States. Its network runs on sorting facilities, delivery terminals, its own shipping centres and a wide set of retail pickup counters, which is why the same parcel can be scanned at several different kinds of building on its way to you.
Track91 reads the shipment Purolator publishes for your PIN and lays the scans out newest first, each with the city and province it was filed in. Use the latest event and the estimated delivery date together: one says where the parcel has reached, the other what Purolator still expects. Purolator official tracking.
Which service a shipment was booked on shapes the journey you see in the timeline. Service availability, cut-off times and surcharges should be confirmed with Purolator or with the sender.
Express and ground parcel services across the Canadian provinces and territories, routed through sorting facilities and the delivering terminal nearest the address.
Shipments to and from the United States and beyond pass through customs before re-entering the delivery network, so a customs clearance scan can sit in the middle of the timeline.
Parcels that cannot be handed over at the door are held at a Purolator shipping centre or a retail agent for five business days from the arrival date, under their own scan.
Multi-piece and freight shipments travel under one shipment record with a PIN per piece, so a shipment weight describes the whole booking rather than the single piece you are tracking.
Twelve digits, for example 123456789012. The number carries a check digit, which is how this page tells a Purolator PIN from the many other carriers that also print twelve-digit numbers. If a twelve-digit number is rejected here, it most likely belongs to another carrier.
Three letters followed by nine digits, for example ABC123456789. A handful of three-letter prefixes in this shape belong to other services rather than to Purolator, and those are excluded here so they are not looked up against the wrong network.
Both examples above are structural placeholders, not shipments you can track. Your own PIN comes from the shipping label, the sender's dispatch email or an order confirmation. Spaces, dots and hyphens in a pasted PIN are ignored. A PIN that passes the format check can still be absent from Purolator's current records, because it keeps the history of older shipments only for a limited period.
Transit time depends on the service booked, the origin and the destination. Purolator publishes an estimated delivery date for most parcels in motion, and this page shows it as an expected event rather than a scan that has happened. The estimate disappears once the parcel is delivered, returned or waiting at a counter, and once a scan from a later day has overtaken it.
Gaps in the timeline are normal on long Canadian legs: a parcel can leave a sorting facility in one province and not be scanned again until it reaches the next. Scan times are shown in the local clock of the place that filed them, so a cross-country journey legitimately mixes several time zones. If the estimated date has passed with no new scan, verify the PIN with your sender, then ask Purolator to investigate.
For delivery instructions, redirections, pickup arrangements, missing goods or damage, contact Purolator directly, or ask the sender to raise it on your behalf. Keep the PIN, the destination and the last recorded scan ready. Track91 provides independent tracking information; Purolator handles the transport and any investigation.

Enter the Purolator PIN from your shipping label, dispatch email or order confirmation in the tracking field on Track91. The latest published scan appears first, with the dated history below it. The PIN is the only reference Purolator answers on, so a store order number will not return a parcel.
Purolator issues two shapes. One is 12 digits, for example 123456789012, which also carries a check digit. The other is three letters followed by nine digits, for example ABC123456789. Copy every character from the label, keeping leading zeros, and do not mix the PIN up with a reference or invoice number.
It depends on the service booked, the origin and the destination. Purolator publishes an estimated delivery date on most parcels while they are still moving, and Track91 shows it as an expected event. That estimate is dropped once the parcel is delivered, returned or waiting at a counter, because it no longer describes anything ahead.
Each update depends on a new scan being filed against the PIN. A label can be created days before the driver collects the parcel, and a long line-haul leg between two sort facilities can pass with no scan in between. Compare the last scan time with the estimated delivery date before raising an enquiry.
The parcel reached one of Purolator's sorting buildings and is being routed onward. It is a transit step, not an arrival at your address. A later departure scan, then an arrival at the delivering depot, then an on-vehicle-for-delivery scan mark the rest of the journey.
Purolator left the parcel at a counter — one of its own shipping centres or a retail agent — and it is waiting there for you. That is not a delivery: the parcel is held for five business days from the arrival date, and a separate scan is filed once somebody collects it. Bring identification and the PIN.
Purolator could not complete the address, often because an apartment buzzer or entry code is missing. Contact Purolator or the sender with the corrected details. Once the address is resolved the parcel is usually scheduled for the next business day and the timeline shows that scan.
Not on Track91. The lookup needs the PIN, because that is the only identifier Purolator's tracking service resolves. Check your shipping label, the sender's dispatch email or your order history. A recipient name, postal code or street address cannot be substituted for the PIN.
Contact Purolator through its official support channel, or ask the sender to open an enquiry using the PIN. Have the last scan, its location and the estimated delivery date ready. The sender holds the shipping contract, so a claim for a lost or damaged parcel usually has to come from them.
No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with Purolator. It shows the shipment information Purolator publishes for a PIN, for convenience. Delivery instructions, redirections, pickup arrangements, quotes and claims must be handled by Purolator or by the sender.
