The waybill is created by the retailer and the shipment is collected by Naqel from the origin — often Dubai or another GCC city for cross-border orders.
Cross-border shipments arrive at a Naqel clearance facility where customs formalities are completed before the parcel continues to the destination city.
The shipment moves between Naqel facilities — you'll see "Departed to" and "Arrived at Naqel Facility" scans as it travels towards your city.
The parcel is prepared for delivery, handed to a courier, and delivered to your address.
Naqel Express waybill numbers are numeric, typically 9 digits. You'll find the waybill number in the shipping confirmation from the seller or on your booking receipt.

The waybill number is shared by the seller in your shipping confirmation (SMS or email) once the order ships with Naqel Express, and is printed on the shipping label.
The seller has booked the shipment with Naqel but hasn't handed the parcel over yet. Tracking updates begin once Naqel physically collects the shipment.
For cross-border GCC shipments, customs clearance at the Naqel clearance facility is usually completed within a few hours to a day. The tracking shows both the arrival at the clearance facility and the clearance completion.
The shipment's weight was verified at a Naqel facility — a routine processing step that doesn't affect delivery progress.
