A delivery attempt was made but could not be completed — for example if the consignee was unavailable or refused the shipment.
The shipment has been delivered to the consignee at the destination.

The docket number is printed on the consignment note (docket copy) handed to the shipper at booking. It is a 9 or 12-digit number, and is also shared in booking confirmations.
ODA stands for Out of Delivery Area — the destination lies outside the standard serviceable limits of the delivery station, so delivery may take additional time or require coordination with the consignee.
An attempted date appears when the delivery run could not be completed — for example the consignee was unavailable, the premises were closed, or the shipment was refused. TCI Express reattempts delivery on subsequent working days.
